Following the success of the BBC (Bombay Baking Company) in their sister hotel, the JW marriott in Mumbai, comes the Pune version. It's a lovely large, airy white space off the lobby serving fresh cakes and pastries, other gourmet delicacies such as quiches and tarts, rare coffees and teas, fresh juices and made to order sandwiches. Culinary delights at PBC offer a variety of delicious bites and a menu of the day on display which includes fresh bakery (their patisserie chef is award winning), hot & cold soups, and a fine variety of cookies and candies. Also on offer are a varied selection of savouries, cheeses and breads, while juices, energy drinks and fabulous chocolates in the retail section. It offers a decent selection of international breads in this side of the city.
