Their claim to fame is that they are Edmonton’s only vegan food truck and in a city that has many different cultures and eating habits, it is no surprise that they are one of the most popular and best food trucks in the city. Mike Brennan and Garrett Kruger are the brains behind this truck and actually started off on the front stoop of their house, selling vegan corn dogs to their friends. Their business quickly flourished as their idea was a hit, rest is history. Today, you will find this vegan food truck everywhere around the city. The menu rotates weekly but some of the favorites include beer battered fish tacos which are comprised of beer battered tofu, vegan cilantro-lime sour cream and a tasty slaw. One of the most popular items that these guys make is the vegan coconut bacon, and you can find that on the popular BLT, along with a slew of other ingredients including carrots, lettuce, tomato and garlic mayo. As sides they offer a variety of fries including hand-cut fries, Irish fries and curry chips. Vegan or not, this food truck is definitely worth checking out.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
