While Tibetan food is a highlight at this wonderful rooftop entrance, there is a lot to savour. Tibetan Kitchen has quite a romantic setting with handmade lamps, Beatles-like music and a fascinating view of the ocean from its gallery. Best known for its hummus-falafel platters, thukpa, thentuk, tingmo breads, kebabs, vegetarian and non-vegetarian momos and a small but delicious collection of desserts. Tibetan Kitchen has quite a romantic setting with handmade lamps, Beatles-like music and a fascinating view of the ocean from its gallery. Best known for its hummus-falafel platters, thukpa, thentuk, tingmo breads, kebabs, vegetarian and non-vegetarian momos and a small but delicious collection of desserts. Wash it down with traditional Tibetan butter tea or a chilled beer and you will have an experience to remember. While no reservations are required, its gallery seats are rarely vacant around evenings. Thus, landing early in the evening is advisable.
