It is steak meets wine at this fabulous restaurant in Las Vegas, and we promise you that after a meal here you will never leave disappointed. It was Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich’s third Las Vegas restaurant to open, and it has been around for the last eight years as a staple on the Vegas scene. Their Italian style shines through the décor with its marble floors, massive high ceilings, and antique looking furniture. Although the beef is the star of the show here, there are many other incredible dining choices, such as veal, lamb, pasta, pork, and fish. But the BBL Beef is truly the star, rated for its marbling, aging, hormone free status, and tasting better than you can imagine. It is hand selected and aged in their very own meat chamber, and ranges from bone-in rib eyes to fillet mignons, or even the popular porterhouse cut. The sauces that can accompany this beef are in a class of their own, from the mint pesto to the black truffle vinaigrette, we suggest trying a few different ones. Exceptional cuisine coupled with exceptional service and a great atmosphere makes this a definite visit when in Las Vegas.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
