With its pastel yellow paint job and colourfully-tiled dome, the largest place of worship in Vieux Nice cuts a fine figure in the city skyline. Dating back to the 13th century, the former church was deemed too small for its new title and rebuilt in the baroque style of the Santa Susanna in Rome, complete with traditional Latin cross ground plan and Genoese-style tiled cupola.
