The hostel gets its name from its location (78, King's Cross Road) and is a hub for people who love to do everything that is not the set norm! The building that houses Clink78 happens to be a historic courthouse in King’s Cross which saw British band The Clash stand trial in the past. Maybe that’s why the bar at Clink78 is called ClashBAR and they justify their name by hosting live music and DJ sessions at the basement. The grand Victorian building has retained the court room and guests can spend their leisure time relaxing there. Accommodation is divided into five categories – prison cell rooms, private rooms, mixed dorms, girls’ dorms and bird’s nest dorms. The last two are exclusive for girls which makes Clink78 a hot favourite among female travelers. All the beds are comfortably made and are provided with clean linen and mattresses. Enjoy free Wi–Fi from anywhere in the hostel to stay connected to the world. Facilities like 24 hour reception, multilingual staff, secure key card, travel shop, TV and film lounge, individual lockers, internet and PC lounge, open dining and seating area, free breakfast and pool table are there to be availed.
