Hotel 9th Planet is one of the finest and the newest properties in Kurukshetra, started in 2011. It is located at a distance of 100 m from Kurukshetra Bus Stand, 800 m from the Railway Station, and 2.5 km from National Highway 1. It is located at a distance of 100 m from Kurukshetra Bus Stand, 800 m from the Railway Station, and 2.5 km from National Highway 1. There is a sizeable local market at a walking distance from the hotel, which is a little crowded, but sells a host of items at very reasonable prices.This property has a total of 14 rooms that are Deluxe, Super Deluxe and Executive, which mainly differ in space and decor. Accommodation is stylish, spacious, well-furnished, and the decor is stimulating to the senses. Amenities provided are towels, toiletries, LED TV, telephone facility, AC, hot water, laundry and dry cleaning, Wi-Fi, parking, cupboards, mini fridge, and 24-hour reception. All rooms have mini fridge except for the deluxe rooms. CCTV cameras monitor all critical public areas. Tariffs here are a bit high; therefore it is not a place for students and backpackers. They mainly have a footfall of leisure and business travellers. On typical days, the occupancy rate is 70%.
There is also a banquet hall with a capacity of 150 people. The hotel has a multi-cuisine fine-dining restaurant that offers room service. The hotel only serves pure vegetarian food and doesn't serve alcohol.
