Hotel Krishna Mahal, owned and managed by Ratna Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. is set up in Kurukshetra with an objective to provide up class hospitality in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. It went operational in November 2015. The best thing about this property is its location which is opposite to Braham Sarovar and at a walking distance from other popular tourist destinations such as Birla Mandir, Panorama Science Centre, and Shri Krishna Museum. There are 17 Superior Rooms and one Suite room. Rooms are clean, comfortable, refreshing, adequately furnished, and have a modern decor. All superior rooms have an equal tariff, though some of them offer a breathtaking view of Braham Sarovar water tank. Amenities provided are towels, toiletries, LCD TV, hot water, Wi-Fi, cupboards, room service, parking facility, telephone service, and the 24-hour reception. The hotel is under complete CCTV camera coverage, and their staffs are very professional, polit. They also offer to arrange tourist guides, taxi, and laundry & dry cleaning service on demand. Due to the hotel's location, it hosts many guests who are mainly leisure, and in-transit travellers. It's strongly recommended to business travellers too. They mostly experience 60% occupancy, but expect it to increase soon.
There is a banquet hall in the basement with a capacity of 100 people and a rooftop party space from where one can see the golden sunset reflecting on the water. The restaurant inside the hotel hosts live musical performances every evening.
