Hotel Pearl Marc, a unit of Atamdeep Resorts, is a modern luxury accommodation which was started in 2003. It is located half a kilometre from the city's Old Bus Stand, 3 km from New Bus Stand, and 1.5 km from Railway Station which makes it quite accessible by public transport too. This is also a good quality hotel inside the city where non-vegetarian food and alcohol is served.

Presently, there are 9 functional rooms in the property which are Executive and Officer's choice. These two mainly differ in space and decor. Officer's choice is more suitable for business travellers, and the amenities provided are towels, toiletries, LCD TV, mini-fridge, hot water, Wi-Fi, cupboards, room service, parking facility, telephone service, and 24-hour reception. Management says that they are very strict about the safety and well-being of their guests. Their staffs constantly monitor all public areas through CCTV cameras.
Hotel Pearl Marc has been hosting a lot of leisure travellers, families and business executives. Tariffs being a bit high, it's not a very good option for students and backpackers. They also offer 20% discount for corporate, and 15% discount for students. It experiences the full occupancy and still, it continuously strives to perk up the services.

The hotel has a multi-cuisine restaurant named Shell, and also, this property has three banquet halls – Galaxy Hall, Ruby Hall and Diamond Hall, each with a capacity of 100 persons, 200 persons and 500 persons respectively. There is also an open air-terrace garden, Pearl Garden, for wedding functions which can accommodate up to 300 persons.
