Las Vegas to have a non-smoking and non-gambling hotel soon

This might read surprising but is absolutely true. Las Vegas, Sin City as they call it, will soon feature a hotel for health-conscious guests, wherein smoking and gambling won’t be allowed. The estimated construction cost for the hotel is whopping $850 million, so you can only imagine the high-end facilities you are going to get here and as per reports, the hotel will be completed by 2023.
This posh, super deluxe, five-star property, to be known as The Majestic will not allow its guests to do two of the most common things in Vegas, smoking and gambling. The property will focus on health and wellness, for which there will be a 70000 sq ft well-equipped fitness center. So, instead of a cigar bar or a vibrant casino, you’ll find treadmills and cross trainers here.
The sprawling fitness center at the hotel will cover four floors. There will be a medical spa centre as well, where exercise classes and body treatments will be provided. People can also talk to nutritionists and doctors here. The entire concept of this hotel is quite exclusive for Vegas. Besides, the hotel will provide best-in-class accommodation options along with facilities for conferences and conventions, among others.
At present, America has gotten serious about health and wellness. Also, the number of health-conscious travellers has increased significantly who search for avenues of unwinding without disturbing their healthy lifestyles.
