Part of the City Palace complex, the crescent-shaped Shiv Niwas Palace hotel was built in the early 20th century by Maharana Fateh Singh. Its 19 rooms and 17 exclusive suites are decorated with original furniture and portraits from the royal family’s collection, and offer close-up views of the lake. Guests can choose from the multi-cuisine restaurant Paantya, the pool deck, the Panera Bar and the European style café, Palki Khana. The Panghat spa and salon offers Ayurvedic treatments, aromatherapy and Swedish massages.
