The hotel caters to both business and leisure guests as it provides all basic facilities. All 60 rooms and 12 suites are large and spacious, well furnished with centrally heating facility. The taxi stand is next door, which is an added advantage for guests.
The hotel has a decent in-house multi cuisine restaurant―Dawat―where pure vegetarian food is served on request. The hotel has a banquet-cum-conference hall which can accommodate 50 people for any personal or corporate group events. The group has a Welcome hotel in Gulmarg and Welcome Residency close to Jhelum River in Srinagar.
