Rooms Twinpalms offers 21 penthouses and duplex pool suites, 4 suites and 72 rooms to accommodate guests. Nespresso coffee, Ronnefeldt tea and fretted towels; while 24-hour host and concierge services are included in penthouses & duplex pool suites. The penthouses and pool suites include a 42" flat screen TV and iPod Nano in the living area and a 32" flat screen TV in the bedroom. Guests can choose from 1 or 2 bedroom suites, all of which are 2-storey. Audio/visual entertainment includes a 42" flat screen TV in the living area and a 21" flat screen TV in the bedrooms. In-room entertainment include a 32" TV in the rooms. Twin, king and super king sized beds are available.

There are five main dining areas throughout the resort, with each one offering a distinct and interesting menu. For more formal dining, The Oriental Spoon and Sejuice are the places to be.
