Haveli is a Hindi word for mansion. Nowadays, Pandava's Haveli is known as Kaurav-Pandav temple. It has a beautiful entrance decorated with paintings of various Gods and Godesses and multiple floral patterns. One can observe considerable influence of Rajasthani architecture at the entrance. Inside the Haveli, on the ground floor, there are idols of various Hindu Gods and other characters out of Mahabharata. Wall paintings represent various incidents from the story of Mahabharata. In a transparent glass enclosure, there is a giant metallic bell that dates back to the Mahabharata era. The bell is labelled Pracheen Gaj Ghanta, which roughly translates into "Ancient Elephant Bell". Royal elephants were supposed to be wearing such bells in ancient India. The first floor of the Haveli has some ancient rooms that are not open to general public nowadays as these have gradually become home to some sages and priests.Pandava's Haveli
