As per the reports, the Maharashtra Tourism Development Minister Jaykumar Rawal said that an official decision will also be made regarding this very soon. He mentioned that they would like to purchase land and set up an MTDC (Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation) resort in Ladakh.
Reportedly, with the scraping of Articles 370 and 35A, it is expected that the bar on outsiders from buying land in Jammu and Kashmir will cease to exist.
