Word to the wise: Don't let the extremely pungent odour of lutefisk (aged Norwegian salt cod) put you off - it actually has a rather mild (and pleasant) taste.
The regularly changing menu of French-influenced classics makes use of the freshest fish from local markets and usually includes one or two traditional Nordic dishes, such as lutefisk or preserved trout.
