Downstairs, Mimi's has distressed brick walls, a substantial stock of spirits, local Abita microbrew beers or cheap staples like Miller High Life. Upstairs you can eat the pricey but excellent Spanish tapas in relative peace, except when the tables are swept away for live bands and DJs at the weekend.
