Commandeering a prime corner spot on Rue Raoul Bosio between nightspots Vox, La Villa and Le Six, Neige Azur (Blue Snow) is always buzzing. The independent family business has been presenting Nice with finger-licking new gelato flavours for more than 50 years and clearly love what they do: pink-uniformed staff are all smiles, and can often be seen pulling up a chair at one of the outdoor tables to catch up with regulars.
