This Barceloneta bar is small, down-to-earth and packed with arty intellectuals drawn by absinthe served in the bohemian method with a flaming sugar cube. Beloved of Parisian artists and writers, the Green Fairy may not be as strong as it used to be, but it's still got a kick.
The relaxed bar staff are happy for you to linger over a glass, and settle in to the effortlessly chaotic interiors, with diverting bric-a-brac scattered everywhere. Small and narrow at the front, there’s another room with plenty of tables at the back, while free WiFi adds a contemporary touch.
