Head through the heavy Arabic signed door and up the steep stone staircase to find this intimate Moroccan restaurant and bar. In typical Middle Eastern style shoes are disposed of at the entrance and guests are handed slippers instead.
The whole place is completely candle-lit, making it a popular venue for romantic dates. Most couples like to recline with aromatic teas, on the huge cushions laid out on Turkish carpets under the tree-like construction in the centre of the room. Platonic diners will probably prefer a window seat with a view to the busy street below.
