This discreet little bar was opened by a team of expert barmen who wanted to create a relaxed bar, where people who really love cocktails could hang out and drink in peace. Award-winning cocktails in quiet and discreet surroundings
Word to the wise: There is no sign – the bar is located right on the corner of Tverskaya Ulitsa at the top of Mamonovsky Pereulok.
The patrons of Noor are a mixture of very successful businessmen, media types and the odd artist. It's not the place for making new friends – more a discreet venue for over-worked Muscovites to wind down and forget the grind of the city outside.
