Altitude makes the most of its ringside view of the Hussain Sagar Lake from its vantage eight floor position. For beverages, apart from classics like Singapore Sling, Sex on the Beach, etc, do browse through the Altitude specials. French 75, a bubbly concoction of gin, lime juice and sparkling wine are specially recommended. Ditto for Aviation made of gin, cherry liqueur and lemon juice. Other than crumb fried ravioli, olive and cheese platters, there are enough other munchies, like Karare Paneer or the innovatively named Hawker's Chilli Fritters for veggies and Calamari Fritters for those who like their meats. If you want something more substantial, the English classic Fish and Chips, NZ Lamb Rack are what you should pick if you are a carnivore. For herbivores, the Green Peas Risotto and penne with Tomatoes are excellent main course options.
