Amid all the history and concrete, there is a huge park located right in the centre of Rome that should most definitely be on your list if you are traveling with kids. This heart shaped park offers plenty of room for the kids to run and play, gorgeous water fountains and plenty of things to see and do. One favorite family friendly activity here is to bicycle around the park. Rent tandem bikes, regular bikes, kids bikes or even pedal karts and discover the entirety of the park. There is a small artificial lake here that is perfect for paddling or enjoying a picnic. There is a train that runs through the park that beckons to be ridden, an abundance of galleries and museums if your children are a bit older and even a cinema to take in a show! This is also where the zoo is located and what child doesn’t love getting a chance to get up close and personal with animals? With all the sunshine this city gets, this park is a beautiful spot to unwind, cool down and spend a few hours with the kids.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
