It is an outdoor experience of a different kind―not adrenalin pumping or nerve wracking but where you can let nature soothe your tired muscles. In a wooded grove of cedars surrounded by mountains is a 20,000 sq ft of land called the Spruce Grove. Wrap yourself in a bath robe and lose yourself in the Scandinave Spa, which is inspired by ancient Nordic traditions of hydrotherapy. Alternate between the hot and the cold pools and purge your body and mind off toxins. You can begin by sweating yourself in a eucalyptus flavoured steam room and then let the icy cold waters bathe your body. Jump next slowly into the warm pool and after a few minutes, dare to plunge into the cold waterfalls. Finally soak yourself in a Finnish sauna and end your day by either heading back to the cold plunges or curling yourself in a hammock and gazing at the mountains.
