These speedy little bikes are a great way to traverse smaller roads and discover new terrain, such as exploring the sites outside the city centre or even further afield to Fiesole or the Tuscan countryside.
There are scooter rental places throughout the city but one of the most reliable is Stradanova on via il Prato. Their prices include 300km's-worth of fuel per day, liability insurance, and helmets. They can even rent you an original Vespa if you're feeling old-school.
