The Jordan River Foundation is an organization, which was formed to help and support the women of Jordan. And this foundation is responsible for many of the products that are sold at the shop. The shop is neat and airy, and the things are placed in such a manner that it gives a feeling of spaciousness. Below the store is the Petra kitchen and is run by the same management. Here the customers come and cook a meal in a group, under excellent supervision of a chef and eat what they cook. It is great fun for the participants to learn new recipes in this way under expert chefs.
