The road will feature state-of-the-art infrastructure, including over 110 underpasses, five rail overbridges, and four major bridges, along with 16 strategically located entry and exit points. With a maximum speed limit of 100 km/h, the route promises safer and faster travel.
Though the precise costs have not yet been disclosed, the motorway will employ a distance-based toll system. The first 18 km between Akshardham Temple and Loni are toll-free, giving travellers a comfortable start. The Delhi-Dehradun Motorway will promote regional trade and tourism, which would boost economic growth, in addition to making travel more convenient.
