UTDB’s involvement in this initiative will help encourage sustainable tourism practices in the region, and will also lead to the conservation of the local environment, culture and community.
Further this initiative will aim to showcase the natural beauty and rich cultural heritage of Uttarakhand, and create more opportunities for tourism in the state, and will likely reduce the pressure on popular tourist destinations and promote sustainable tourism across the state.
As for adventure lovers, Jadung will also offer an array of activities like hiking, trekking, bird watching, and nature camps.
