Artists Soumyadeep Mukherjee, Ankita Majumder Paul and their moms to feature in Didi No. 1

Rachna Banerjee-hosted ‘Didi No. 1’ is set to air a power-packed episode, where popular actors will make an appearance with their mommies. Actors Ankita Majumder Paul, Soumyadeep Mukherjee, Rishav Chakraborty and Shritama Mitra will feature in the upcoming episode of the popular game show.

It will be a fun-filled episode, where the audiences would get to know the up, close and more personal side of the actors. Soumyadeep, Ankita, Sritama and Rishav will showcase their competitive side while performing fun-filled games. Making the episode more interesting the mommies will spill the beans about their children who are celebrities now. While Soumyadeep’s mother Mithu revealed how mischievous he was, and how the actor completely changed as he grew up. This prompted host Rachna, who herself is a mother of a teenage son (Proneel), to ask Mithu whether it is possible at all. The host explained how much she is worried about her son Proneel, leaving other guest participants and audience present at the shooting set, rolled.

That’s not all, Shritama’s mom also revealed some funny information about her daughter just like Rishav’s mother spilled the beans about her son.

All four artists are popular among the audience. Ankita, who started her career as a model and eventually started acting has been a part of daily soaps like ‘Jorowar Jhumko’, ‘E Amar Guru Dakshina’, ‘Bhoomikanya’ and others. She has a young daughter. Soumyadeep, on the other hand, plays the male lead in Bengali TV’s one of the current favourites, ‘Jagaddhatri’. He plays special crime branch officer Swayambhu in the show. Young artist Rishav was a part of the television adaptation of ‘Pandav Goyenda’ and after that he has been a part of ‘Sundari’, ‘Khelna Bari’ and others. His ‘Pandav Goyenda’ co-star Shritama is also a popular face.
