Laverne Cox to guest judge 'America's Got Talent' season 12

Actress Laverene Cox has been tapped to serve as a guest judge for the season 12 of "America's Got Talent".
The "Orange Is the New Black" star will join previously announced judges DJ Khaled and Chris Hardwick on the the NBC talent competition series, reported E! Online.
The newest judging line-up of Simon Cowell, Mel B, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel will remain in tact for the upcoming season.

Tyra Banks will be the new host, replacing longtime MC Nick Cannon who exited the show in February.
"America's Got Talent" season 12 premieres Tuesday, May 30 on NBC.
