Good content on TV always gets viewership: JT

Gandhinagar based Janak Thakkar, who is reaping in good dividends owing to his various Dhollywood stints is happy for the fact that his showbiz journey included Gujarati Television. Janak, who became popular post his telly stint in the popular show Niharika, hasn’t looked back since his last Gujarati movie appearance in Raghuvanshi. Says the actor, “Television has been a great platform to showcase my talent. Now I am keen on bagging some decent movie projects that will establish myself as an actor to reckon with.” Janak’s character in the popular show Niharika directed by renowned Gujarati TV and film director Sandeep Patel, earned him rave reviews and became a household name. After several movie stints, Raghuvanshi got Janak the required eyeballs.At the moment, the actor is focusing on Gujarati movies, but promises to make his telly comeback soon. “Good content always gets viewership and a good television script always gets its share of viewership,” says the actor.
