These days when there is a variety of celebrity chefs to choose from, 22 year old cookery show anchor Vaibhavee Modi says she loves how Harpal Singh Sokhi conducts his shows. She says, "Ever since I have started hosting cookery shows I have also developed a keen taste in cooking and so if some day I decide to take up cooking as a profession and having my own TV show, I wouldn't be surprised.If I were to host one though, I'd take inspiration from a lot of celeb chefs, but one chef that I do like and admire is Harpal Singh Sokhi. He has an excellent screen presence, his enthusiasm fills the entire frame. Its his way of talking that makes you want to get up and cook, that is what a celebrity chef should be like!"
