Abrar Qazi: The work that an actor has done in the past doesn't matter, what he can get to the table now is important

Abrar Qazi is currently seen in the show Kumkum Bhagya post the 20-year of leap on the show. The actor is playing the lead opposite actress Rachi Sharma. While Abrar has been working in the industry for a while now, he feels that it doesn't matter how many years of experience one has. What matters, he says, is what an actor brings to the table.
Abrar said, "Experience does not matter.What is important is a person's performance. Also, how well a person gels with his co-actors and the overall vibe on the sets. When I first met Rachi, who is opposite me in Kumkum Bhagya, I found her sweet and we are enjoying working together on the show."
Abrar wants to do a range of roles and hopes to get interesting opportunities in life. Talking about his he wants to do future plans, he says, "I want to pursue good TV shows, web shows and films. But it also depends on what comes your way. If one wants to do something different on screen, one also has to wait for a really long time for that opportunity to come their way."

The Yeh Hai Chahtein actor further adds, "A good movie project can take many years and then as an actor one has to sacrifice a lot for that. Even though it can be worth the wait, but it's a choice one has to make. And I feel that instead of giving so much time to one thing, I would rather pick up projects which I find good, whichever the medium."
