Adaalat: Mystery of myths

This week on Sony Entertainment Television’s courtroom drama Adaalat, KD has to solve the mystery of the accused Mahant who has confessed to being guilty of a murder.
After completing his studies, Ashish comes back to his village. Surrounding the superstitions of the villagers not visiting the temple because of Lord Shiva himself prohibiting them to do so, Ashish stands up to the challenge.

Ashish and Madhav accompanied by other villagers go to the temple, but Ashish gets killed by Lord Shiva as narrated by Madhav himself. All the priests stand up against him as another onlooker too takes Madhav's side to have seen Lord Shiva. Ultimately the Mahant of the temple comes forward to accept the crime of killing Ashish by dressing up as Lord Shiva. KD however is convinced that he is not guilty.
How will he defend someone who has owned up to the crime? And what's the real story behind all the ancient stories of that village?
