Anupamaa: Vanraj is shattered to know Anupamaa's serious medical condition

The latest episode of Anupamaa begins with Dr Advait making Anupamaa understand that she needs to take care of herself, and prioritise her mental health. He makes her laugh and requests her to become like him, rid of all the relationships. But she says, she can't because she is a mother.
Samar video calls Nandini and asks about his mother's health. Samar regrets for not taking care of his mother's health.Kavya looks at Nandini talking to Samar and feels proud about their relationship, and how they handle every situation. Anupamaa asks Nandini why they had to take so many tests.
Dr. Advait informs Vanraj that Anupamaa has tumour in her ovaries. He is shocked to hear this and asks if she'll be fine at all. Dr. Advait makes him understand that God is the one who saves everyone, he can just try.
He makes Vanraj understand that humans have to acknowledge death and Anupamaa has received her first death notice.
Samar overhears their conversation and runs towards Anupamaa. Vanraj rushes and tries to stop him. Samar falls down while running and panics, Vanraj tries to calm him down.
Elsewhere, Anupamaa gets restless waiting for the test results. She asks Nandini if Samar has arrived. Anupamaa and Nandini talk about how Samar is always worried about her.
Samar and Vanraj talk to each other about Anupamaa's condition. Samar tells Vanraj, directly or indirectly, he ends up hurting his mother because of his mistakes. Samar tells him how everybody took Anupamaa for granted and never thought about her.
Vanraj asks Samar to not lose hope but ends up crying. He is shattered and Samar holds him. Kavya watches the father-son from a distance and walks away quietly.
