Badho Bahu's Rytasha Rathore speaks up for gender equality in workplaces

Actress Rytasha Rathore is fiery and upfront when it comes to being vocal about an issue. The actress does not hesitate in putting across her views and isn't affected by people's opinion of the same.
The actor, who recently wrapped up her show Badho Bahu, addressed a bunch of youngsters, about an important issue which she felt, was needed to be addressed. The actress spoke about gender equality in the workplace.
On revealing why she chose to speak about this subject, she told TimesofIndia, "The lines of gender roles are blurring, but they need to be blurred even further.
From a very young age, we are taught things a certain way because "you're a girl" or "you're a boy". Gender is a performance. And if we rewrite the roles society has written for us all, I honestly think the world will be a more peaceful place. Events like these enable the conversation to reach more people. "Let's mind it. Let's take issue. Let's no be polite, let's not shrug, let's not 'oh well', let's not walk past, pretending it doesn't exist. Genderization of the job affects us all. We need to talk about it. We need to change the status quo."
The actress has been seen posting a lot of posts on social media about various sensitive issues that need to be heard. Rytasha is always up for women empowerment.
By not portraying the role of a quintessential onscreen bahu, Rytasha broke quite a few stereotypes with her role in the show Bado Bahu.
