Exclusive - Katha Ankahee's Adnan Khan on his love for acting: I get to explore different emotions, feelings which has normally never happened to me

Actor Adnan Khan is currently ruling the hearts as Viaan in the show Katha Ankahee, a Hindi remake of the Turkish Show 1001 Nights. In a country where remakes are not welcomed with an open heart by the Indian audience, Katha Ankahee has done something exceptional as it is loved by them. Adnan Khan's acting, his chemistry with Aditi Sharma happens to be some of the reasons for the same.
All the Katha Ankahee fans love Adnan’s acting and hence we wanted to know more about his love for acting. When asked why he loves being an actor Adnan says, “I love being an actor because I get to explore so many different emotions, feelings and scenarios which has normally never happened with me. That’s what I love about being an actor.”
Furthermore, he added, “And the second thing would be creativity involved in the scenes that sometimes creates such beautiful moments where I don’t know what is going to come out from my subconscious mind. I absolutely love those moments because at times I even surprise myself.”
Talking about his show Katha Ankahee and his experience of working on the show, so far, he says, "It's been the most challenging, demanding and most complicated character I've ever played. The character has so many layers and different dynamics to it. Also, why I said it is demanding is because of our director Ravi sir. He is a perfectionist and genius. Initially, when I met him I would always think about how he is working in television but while working with him on this show, my love for television increased. He is perfect, but he is a task master and that's why Katha Ankahee is demanding. Everyday on the set he demands anything less than perfection. The story in itself is so beautiful that just being a small part is for me the most amazing thing. The show has some amazing calibre of actors."
