Small screen actress Bhairavi Raichura who was in Raipur, spoke to TOI about her career, Bollywood and her bonding with actress and her Hum Paanch co-actor Vidya Balan.Films were never my objective I never aimed for films. In fact, getting into films was never my objective. There were some personal issues because of which I had to take a break from serials. Now I have started my own production house and I concentrate more on the production part.
Vidya Balan and I were together in
Hum Paanch. I am still friends with her and we still chat around. I wish her all the best for her married life.
Small cities are new destination for TV serial promotion I feel that small cities have a lot of people who follow our TV serials. There are a lot of people who dedicatedly watch family soaps. Because of this, I think the entire television industry is now concentrating on small or developing cities for promotions.
Raipurites are amazing people It is my first visit to the city and I find it a pretty amazing place. I never imagined the city to be so developed and organized. It, really, has those
makkhan malai roads and good lighting. The people here are superb. They are warm- hearted and I am amazed by their hospitality. I am impressed with this city. I had a good time here. I, also, visited a fair happening in the city and enjoyed shooting at the balloons.
