Young television actor
Kartikey Malviya, who is seen in the show Radhkrishn, was preparing for his
CBSE Class 12 board exams for the past months. His parents too kept pushing him to focus on his studies as this is a crucial year for students. But there was a lot of uncertainty over whether the exams would be conducted in this pandemic situation. Students and parents across the country were worried about their safety especially post the second wave of COVID-19.
Kartikeya too was equally concerned. He's currently shooting for the show in Gujarat and was also worried about how he would travel to Mumbai to take his exams. But now it's all sorted for him and he is glad that the exams have been cancelled.
“I feel like dancing I am so happy!" exclaimed Kartikey when we spoke to him. "At least now I don’t have to worry about how I'll manage and juggle between my work and exams. It's all settled and my parents are happy too. I have been an average student all my life and a news like this is a reason for celebration. But I will keep my books with me as a beautiful memory of my class twelve. I won’t look at them to study anymore,” he said.
After all the examination stress over the past few weeks, he now wants to chill. "I already started downloading a lot of games on my phone because I want to enjoy a bit," he said.
Kartikey now plans to pursue a course in filmmaking for which he will stay in Mumbai. “From tomorrow I will completely focus on which college I want to join. I have kept track of colleges in Mumbai which offer filmmaking courses. In fact I even got a call from a college; I don’t know how they got to know that I want to take up this course. So let's see how it goes. For now, I'm celebrating the cancellation of my exams,” he signed off.
