Indian Idol 12 winner Pawandeep Rajan’s sister gets married; Arunita Kanjilal attends the wedding

Several photos and videos of Arunita Kanjilal attending Pawandeep Rajan’s sister wedding have been doing the rounds on social media.

One of Pawandeep’s sisters Chandni Rajan got married in Uttarakhand and Arunita Kanjilal attended the wedding. She was constantly by the bride’s side and was present throughout at all important rituals.
Several photos of Pawandeep and Arunita have been shared by family, friends and fans on social media. In one of the photos, Pawandeep and Arunita are dressed in yellow outfits. They also posed with the guests.
Pawandeep also performed at his sister’s wedding. During the bride's entry, Pawandeep was holding the ‘phoolon ka chadar’ while Arunita can be seen standing beside the bride. Pawandeep’s sister Jyoti Rajan is also seen bonding with Arunita.



Braving the cold, in some of the pics, Arunita is seen trying to fix her shawl and in some of them she is wearing bomber jacket over the outfit.

Pawandeep and Arunita’s bond is much talked about since their Indian Idol days. While Pawandeep lifted the trophy, Arunita was the first runner-up. The duo has done music videos together as well.
However, in one of the music videos, Arunita opted out of the video at the last moment owing to parental pressure. Apparently, it was because Arunita’s parents expressed displeasure over her dating rumours with him. But that has clearly not created any rift between the two friends.
Though they have been linked several times, they share a great friendship.
