TV show Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal, which started in February, is all set to wrap up in June. While it was a finite show of 52 episodes, the response to the show was lukewarm and it did not score well on the ratings chart. The show revolved around how two werewolves are in love with the same girl. All the three lead actors Gashmeer Mahajani, Karan Kundrra and Reem Shaikh had challenging roles in the show.

Reem Shaikh, who played the lead actress in Yash Patnaik's fantasy-fiction show, said, "We all knew that it was a 52-episodes finite show from the beginning. The show did well on the channel's online platform, and we put in our best. The entire team worked hard. It is okay if a show was not able to connect with the TV audience, we win some and lose some."
The show was compared to Vampire Diaries and in an earlier interview Karan Kundrra had said, "It may seem so, but I am happy as long as people enjoy watching the show." In the past few months many actors did cameos or made short appearances in the show including Kamiya Punjabi, Aditi Rawat, Nia Sharma, Shilpa Agnihotri and recently Rrahul Sudhir entered the show. Rahul during his entry told us, "Somehow I gravitate towards playing grey roles. I don't know how long my role lasts. As of now, I will stay in the show till the end. I look forward to working with the Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal team."
