Kaun Banega Crorepati 12: Amitabh Bachchan gets emotional hearing about the hard work of contestant Pradeep Kumar Sood’s mother

In the latest episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 12, host Amitabh Bachchan welcomes Pradeep Kumar Sood.
Pradeep is a Senior Divisional Manager from Amritsar, Punjab. He came along with his wife. Big B explained the rules of the show to him, beginning with a question on Kishore Kumar’s song.
The contestant even talked a bit about his personal life. Both Amitabh Bachchan and Pradeep Kumar had a good laugh when he talked about his equation with his wife.
Pradeep also shared that, it was his mother’s dream to see him on the show and said that he is grateful for the wonderful opportunity that helped him to succeed in fulfilling the dream. This even got Big B emotional, he said, “Whenever someone talks about mothers, I get emotional."
Pradeep Kumar played and won Rs. 12,50,000, after he decided to quit the show rather than taking a risk and answering the question about 'The farthest place on earth, which fictional character of Indian origin, was named after'.
The next contestant that Big B welcomed was Sabita Reddy, a teacher who hails from Alwal, Telangana. Big B watched the video made on her life and also asked her about her husband’s tragic death. Big B was speechless on hearing her inspirational journey and praised her.
