KBC 15: Amitabh Bachchan introduces a noble initiative of planting 100 trees with contestants' every correct answer, says "With 100 Litre ghee, 100 kg of rice and wheat flour, we will support Roti Bank"

Kaun Banega Crorepati 15's Diwali celebration is all set to be grand and gratifying. In the upcoming episode of KBC 15, Amitabh Bachchan announces a Noble initiative taken by them. "Jab Diwali ki chamak aur khushi mein ek nek maksad jud jaata hai toh woh Diwali kisi ghar parivaar ya sheher ki nahi, balki woh ban jati hai Desh ki Diwali." (If on Diwali a Noble initiative gets added then it becomes the country's celebration.)

Amitabh Bachchan then talks about the initiative they took, "Har khiladi ke har sahi jawab se 100 vriksh lagaye jayenge.With 100 Litre ghee, 100 kg of rice and 100 kg of wheat flour, we will support Roti Bank." Roti Bank's founder shared, "When we give food to kids and the elderly, they have this smile on their face and they go home with a satisfied emotion."
Earlier, Amitabh Bachchan shared that his father had translated 5 best works of Shakespeare. He said, "A lot of people wouldn't know, my babuji (Shri Harivansh Rai Bachchan) had translated the famous 5 plays of Shakespeare which included Macbeth, Hamlet, Othello, King Lear and others."

Big B further shared his favourite adaptation of Hamlet, "I don't know if you have watched the Russian Hamlet. Please watch it, they have portrayed that in Hamlet's palace, there is a grand party. People are dancing, some are getting cosy and amidst all this Hamlet is sitting alone in a corner. He speaks nothing and silently he is passing through this crowd and then the off-sound comes with the iconic dialogue, 'To be or not to be', please watch it, the adaptation is extremely surreal. Often in our lives, we weave those words in our thoughts and they have depicted it so beautifully."

Even Sumeet Raghavan added, "I have performed Hamlet in Marathi theatre."
