Poonam Pandey's relationship with estranged husband Sam Bombay has been one of the most discussed topics inside Lock Upp. In the recent episode, once again, Poonam recalled how her nose pains even when she cries. The model-actress accused her husband of hitting her around her nose area and its after-effects are still there. While discussing this with
Payal Rohatgi and Saisha Shinde, Poonam shared the she consulted several doctors but the issue hasn't been fixed yet.
Talking about it, Poonam Pandey said, "I visited a lot of doctors. Even if I touch the area around my nose, it pops up. I cry it pops up." Saisha, who' shocked to hear this, says, 'How many women in this country must be going through this every minute in this country, in the world rather.' Poonam adds, "Absolutely, I am just one of them who is sharing her problem in the open."
Adding further, Saisha Shinde shared, "Very few celebrities share this. I know many of them who are tolerating domestic violence." Continuing further, Poonam said, "I was being domestically abused for the past four years, even I wasn't sharing it with anyone." Payal Rohatgi cut her in between and said, "Indian celebrities are not very vocal towards domestic abuse."
Poonam narrated her experience and said, "I didn't have the ba**s to be vocal. I would still pose for nice photos, talk so casually. My face was black and blue, I would put makeup on top of it and go to events."
In the past too, Poonam accused Sam of being an alcoholic, who once hit her so badly that it caused her brain haemorrhage. However, in a recent exclusive interview with ETimes TV, Sam Bombay claimed that if given a chance, he would want to reconcile with Poonam because he truly loves her. On the contrary, Sam also alleged that Poonam wasn't loyal.
