Rajat Tokas is TV industry's blue eyed boy: Ekta Kapoor

Rajat Tokas, popularly known for playing historical characters of Prithviraj Chauhan and Akbar in Jodha Akbar, has always courted controversies for not being cordial on sets and throwing his weight around. However, TV czarina Ekta Kapoor came out in support of the young lad and praised him at the launch of her ambitious project, Chandra Nandini.

She said, "Rajat isn't only my blue-eyed boy, he is the TV industry's blue-eyed boy.He is an extremely talented actor. With Rajat, I know that he will do as much justice to Chandra as he has to all the characters he has portrayed so far."
Chandra Nandini will air from October 10 and star Shweta Basu Prasad opposite Rajat Tokas.
