Shaitani Rasmein’s actor Siddhant Issar on International Men's Day: A person like Ratan Tata is an Alpha male

We often picture an ‘Alpha male’ as someone unbreakable – strong, confident, and tough as steel. But behind that powerful exterior, there’s often a heart that feels deeply, cares immensely, and sometimes even sheds a tear. Actor Siddhant Issar who is playing the role of Maalik in the TV show ‘Shaitani Rasmein’ shared his insights about Alpha males.
He says, “Alpha males are the protectors of their loved ones and family. Today, society often misinterprets this, but being an Alpha doesn’t mean you have to be muscular. Take Ratan Tata, for example. He’s one of the most successful businessmen in the world, yet he has such a soft heart, always thinking about the welfare of common people. His strength doesn’t come from his body but from his mindset. His kindness made him an Alpha leader. In my own life, my father is an Alpha man. Though his image might seem tough, he is the kindest person I know. I might be scared of my mother, but my father is like my best friend, my teddy bear. Even in Bollywood, Salman Khan is the Alpha male, tough on-screen or for the outside world, but at home, he shows immense respect to his parents and helps many people. True Alpha males are strong in character, compassionate at heart, and protective of those they love.”

He further added, “Alpha males, are often softest with their family, friends, and loved ones. I’m actually the type who gets emotional easily and tears up quickly. People say men don’t cry, but that’s far from true. While I may appear strong to the outside world, in my personal life, I have a really soft heart. Playing the negative role of Maalik on ‘Shaitani Rasmein,’ I get told by everyone on set, ‘You’re nothing like a Maalik in real life!’ My look might make people think I fit these intense roles, but I’m actually very kind-hearted. Sometimes I wonder if people mistake my kindness for weakness, but that’s not the case!”
