Sonam and Tanya are the grown-up Vidya and Meera in Saathiya

Actresses Sonam Lamba and Tanya Sharma will play Gopi bahu's (Devoleena Bhattacharjee) grown-up daughters -Vidya and Meera -in TV show Saath Nibhaana Saathiya, post the 10-year leap.

Says a source, “Vidya and Meera have transformed completely after growing up. Vidya, who was a talkative kid, will become calm and composed, just like her moth er Gopi. Meera, who was a quiet child, will grow up to become a fashionista."

Sonam, who was last seen in Diya Aur Baati Hum, confirms, “It's a prominent and positive role.The story will also focus on the new characters after the leap."
Tanya, who has done TV shows likeAfsar Bitiya and It's Complicated, says, “I have played a simpleton and a geek in my previous shows. So, my new role of an outspoken and free-spirited girl, who loves to dress up, is a welcome change. I will be seen sporting western attires on the show. I feel fortunate to play a variety of roles on TV."
