The latest episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah begins with Bhide asking Tapu Sena to help him take the 40 kgs tomatoes home. Tapu Sena agrees and helps him with the same. Later, after they reach home Goli compliments the tomatoes saying that they look very fresh and red. Bhide laughs and gives one tomato to Goli. He enjoys it and thanks Bhide and Madhavi for the same. Later, Sonu, Bhide and Madhavi start cutting the tomatoes to make the pickles. Bhide tells Madhavi that he took a day off from teaching the kids so that he can help her with the pickles.
As the episode continues, Madhavi realises that the gas cylinder isn’t working. She starts panicking and tells Bhide about the same. He wonders what to do and Sonu gives an idea to seek help from Sodhi. Bhide then goes to Sodhi’s place and asks him to help. However, Sodhi shows Bhide his cylinder and tells him that isn’t of a different company and hence he can’t give it to him.
Bhide then tells Madhavi about the same and she requests him to go to the nearby gas cylinder place and get it. Bhide goes to get the cylinder exchanged. Later, Popatlal meets Madhavi and tells her that he has an extra gas cylinder and it’s from the same company as theirs. Madhavi requests him to give her the extra gas cylinder. Popatlal helps her with the extra cylinder.
Sonu then calls Bhide home and tells him that Popatlal has given them the extra cylinder. However, as Bhide comes home he realises that Popatlal’s cylinder isn’t working as well. He fumes in anger and asks Popatlal why didn’t he check before promising about the cylinder.
