Ekta Tiwari, who was last seen in the TV show Gudiya Rani, shares how her trip to Prayagraj for Mahakumbh and Ayodha was a soulful experience. The Tere Mere Sapne actress has visited the Kumbh Mela earlier and also been on a spiritual trip to Amarnath.
Sharing her experience of the Maha Kumbh, she said, “It was an absolutely divine experience. There are no words to express my feelings. The energy was electrifying, and despite the massive crowds, everything felt serene and organized. It was spectacular. There were crowds but people had a lot of faith and positivity in them. Everyone was smiling, despite the crowds and long walk because everyone was enthusiastic about the trip. I visited Mahakumbh on Mauni Amavasya ‘amrit snaan’ on January 29 and visited many different camps. I enjoy taking spiritual trips. It rejuvenates me and energises me to get back to work."
Ekta shared further, “I love the Indian culture and spiritual events, and I felt drawn to be part of this divine gathering. I often take such solo trips. It’s my way of connecting with my spiritual side and learning more about different traditions and culture in different states. My co-actor from Tere Mere Sapne, Hetal Yadav, her son, and her brother joined me at the Mahakumbh."
Ekta said, “It was unfortunate to learn about the stampede tragedy. I was not in that area but it is sad how people lost their lives. But, when I left, the situation was under control and everything is now running smoothly."
