The lockdown has made everyone look at life from a different perspective, taught us to be more grateful, kind and thoughtful towards others. Celebrities, too, are doing whatever they can to help, support and encourage frontline workers in the battle against COVID-19.
Recently, celebrities including Karan V Grover, Karan Mehra, Ravi Dubey, Nisha Rawal, Raj Arjun and Tassnim Sheikh, living in a high-rise apartment complex in Mumbai’s Versova, got together to appreciate staff members, who keep the building society running smoothly, with a video titled ‘Heroes to Heroes’.

Each of the celebs made a video of themselves thanking the workers, naming all of them, which was then put together and shared among the members of the four wings of the housing society.
“We wanted to thank and name all the staff members, who looked after our society so well with their committed services,” said Karan Mehra.
Ravi Dubey added, “They have made our lives so much easier during the lockdown. They ensured that our groceries reached our doorstep.”
“The fact that they have sacrificed their own happiness and stayed away from their loved ones and families, just so that we stay safe, makes them a part of our own families,” said Karan V Grover.
The video that was put together by Sanket Ghosh and Piyush Bairagi, highlights all the 20 staff members with their pictures and names, who stayed on the premises throughout the lockdown, helping society members, without going home.
Vikrant Rashmikumar, one of the members of the society, said, “Our society management staff was so excited after seeing the ‘Heroes to Heroes’ video that we made for them. They excitedly sent the video to their folks back home in the villages to say ‘dekho, we have been appreciated in our jobs by stars.’ This was a small gesture on our part to applaud their work.”
